The agency is proud to welcome three exceptional professionals to its team: Mathieu Pagé, Consultant, whose career has been shaped by environmental issues and challenges, Corine Lajeunesse, Coordinator, Digital Communications, with a background in political communications, and Roxanne Gadoua, Executive Assistant, a versatile coordinator and writer. All three will help to support the company's expansion and take on new and exciting mandates.

Exponentiel is also proud to appoint Camille Bilodeau as Head of Administration and Office Manager. Camille has been an active member of the team for over three years, first as an intern, then as public relations coordinator, and finally as operations coordinator. She will soon be completing a master's degree in entrepreneurship and SME management. The agency was keen to make the most of her expertise, while also being attentive to her needs, to allow her to achieve her full potential. Her new mandate will allow her to optimize internal processes and the monitoring of performance indicators, while devoting the necessary efforts to the deployment of strategic initiatives.

Mathieu Pagé | Consultant : With over four years' experience in public relations, Mathieu has worked for innovative and sustainable clean technology and resource management companies, including the International Secretariat for Water, Écotech Québec and Pyrowave. His distinctive expertise enables him to tackle complex issues and find the right angle to build high-impact communications campaigns. His arrival at Exponentiel will enable us to broaden our service offering in the fields of environmental management and eco-responsibility.

Corine Lajeunesse | Coordinator : With a background in political communications, Corine made a name for herself as social media and communications manager for the Parti Québécois and as head of communications for the Camille-Laurin constituency office. These formative experiences not only gave her agility and responsiveness in her work, but also taught her the art of building trusting relationships in communications. Her arrival at Exponentiel will enable us to enhance our digital communications offering.

Roxanne Gadoua | Executive Assistant : On the strength of a varied career in demanding environments, Roxanne is well equipped to meet challenges and achieve objectives. Her past experience as a translator, journalist, executive assistant and programme coordinator for a major festival makes her an outstanding collaborator in terms of organisation, coordination and writing. Her arrival at Exponentiel will enable us to optimise administrative management and add a new voice to the various mandates carried out by the clan.

Camille Bilodeau | Head of Administration and Office Manager : A member of the Exponentiel team for over three years, Camille is truly one of the agency's pillars! Thanks to her past experience as a public relations professional, she has acquired invaluable knowledge of the industry that enables her to provide effective support to her colleagues and clients, while ensuring the administrative management of the company. With her forthcoming MBA and her appointment to a new role within the team, Camille will be an excellent contributor to Exponentiel's organizational sustainability.
