Increase awareness of Tollé and its two founders on social media through thought leadership

Tollé is a website and application development organization, specializing in large-scale projects for major corporations. Since April 2023, Exponentiel has been helping the agency stand out from the crowd through a positioning strategy on social networks, particularly on LinkedIn via the writing and sharing of thought leadership posts on the co-founders' profiles.

Objectives

Increase the co-founders' visibility on LinkedIn, as well as the agency's visibility on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, reinforce the agency’s position as a leader in the web development industry and attract new talent and potential clients

Strategies

In order to develop a powerful digital positioning plan for Tollé, Exponentiel began with a 360° analysis of the organization's ecosystem, while examining the current positioning of Tollé and its co-founders, Charles-Alexandre Monette and Karine Desrosiers. This in-depth analysis led Tollé to develop a customized plan based on best practices in LinkedIn positioning, inspirational personalities, content pillars and objectives, for the first year of increased LinkedIn presence. This plan coincided with the organization's desire to better position itself on the eve of its tenth anniversary.

Subsequently, Exponentiel launched monthly coaching for Tollé on various aspects of content creation. Exponentiel writes two to three posts each month for the co-founders' LinkedIn profiles, with several publications featuring a strong thought leadership angle. The topics are varied and help build a positioning that stands out from other presidents of organizations in the web development industry.

Moreover, Exponentiel helped Tollé create publications on their three main social platforms (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). Their social networks already had a sizeable subscriber base, but it wasn't paying off. As such, Exponentiel supported the agency in developing a monthly editorial calendar, including two to three publications per month on these different channels.

Finally, Exponentiel offers monthly strategic consulting support, both for Tollé's presence at events and for positioning opportunities for the co-founders, such as article writing.

Tollé has stood out from the crowd over the past year thanks to an increased presence on the organization's social networks, notably through the sharing of thought leadership posts on the co-founders' LinkedIn profiles.
