Véronique Arsenault, Founding President, and Mathieu Lavallée, Vice President and Partner

In 2015, Véronique Arsenault founded Exponentiel on the strength of her determination and passion for people, with the ambition of transforming organizations with communications as a strategic lever to go further and dream big. Shortly afterwards, her accomplice and husband, Mathieu Lavallée, joined her in this great entrepreneurial adventure. Together, they are the left and right sides of the brain, and the heart of Exponentiel.

Since then, their family has grown at the same pace as their projects: Exponentielly.
