She loves life at Exponentiel because…
The mandates are very diverse, which provides endless opportunities to learn about a multitude of subjects, sectors, and projects. I enjoy being a Jill-of-all-trades.
What’s most important to her
Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working with a number of organizations directly and indirectly involved in education, a topic and cause that have always been important to me. Since joining Exponentiel, I've had the opportunity to work with Mères avec pouvoir, an organization that helps single female heads of household regain control of their lives. Although the organization offers housing, daycare and psychosocial support, many of its beneficiaries take on the additional challenge of returning to school.
I also sit on the Board of Directors of the Caisse Desjardins de Sault-au-Récollet-Montréal-Nord. This financial institution offers annual scholarships and financial education programs in addition to supporting a variety of social causes.
Her Exponentiel attitude: strategic innovation
I describe myself as a strategist, because that's what drives me. Strategy is the starting point; however, you have to dive deeper depending on your client’s needs.
